Enviro Design Consultants (EDC) organization is comprised of former government employees, consultants, legal-compliance and military veterans who are experts in their field and bring a distinct experience to these assignments. That allows our team to navigate smoothly through established government procedures or, in some cases, bring a resource to the table with a needed security clearance, eliminating certain obstacles.
EDC’s expertise is called on to handle the investigation and clean-up of dirty sites (remediation) to secure compliance with state regulators or to assess and remediate city- or county-owned facilities. That may involve contamination from asbestos or underground storage tank spills. Schools and housing authorities also look to our team to conduct building assessments for a host of assignments, including energy audits or ADA compliance, so needs can be prioritized and budgets can be allocated accordingly.
